On the Pecos library, we have created a small restful space for our campus community to enjoy. This space is past the reference desk on the library's first floor. This is an open and public space in the library patrons are free to use as they feel called, it is not a reservable space. The area has floor cushions and mats available. The walls are decorated with encouraging affirmations, and the lights are dimmed with blue light filters. It is a space for relaxation and enjoyment. Leave your reflections in the community journal or mark the activity you completed on the sign-in sheet!
